Dear authors, the following instructions are aimed to help you in paper preparation and submission:
- Official language of the MMET*2021 is English. It will be used for all printed materials, presentations and discussions.
- Submissions must present original work that has not been previously published, and is not under review elsewhere.
- Papers must be submitted electronically, in PDF format
- Size of the conference paper should be 4 full A4 pages. Please, do not include page numbers in your manuscript.
- Please use MS Word Template or LaTeX Template
- The MMET*2021 will implement a single blind peer review process. All submitted papers will be provided to three
independent anonymous reviewers. All accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion in
IEEE Xplore Digital Library as well as other Abstracting and Indexing databases (Scopus, Web of Science, etc.).
"No-show" papers will not be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

Important Dates
Dear colleagues! On reviewing the current COVID situation in Ukraine and worldwide, we have come to the conclusion that holding MMET in live this year is far from realistic. Moving to the online format would strip MMET from its most important and valued feature, personal interaction of the participants. Therefore, in hope of carrying on the tradition to hold fully offline event, we have decided to move the conference to October 2022.
