Dear authors, please, follow next recommendations during preparing MMET*2014 paper manuscripts:

• All paper manuscripts should be prepared in English.
• Size of the conference paper should be 4 full A4 pages. Please, do not include page numbers in your manuscript.
• Conference paper should be prepared according IEEE Proceedings format: MS Word 2003, LaTeX Windows and LaTeX Unix Templates.
• After preparing paper manuscript in DOC or LaTeX format, please, convert it to PDF file using IEEE recommended Distiller Settings.
• Download and sign in the IEEE Copyright Form.
• Use left menu "Paper Submission" link to get the uploading page.
