Dear authors, the following instructions are aimed to help you in paper preparation and submission:

• Official language of the MMET*2018 is English. It will be used for all printed materials, presentations and discussions.
• Submissions must present original work that has not been previously published, and is not under review elsewhere.
• Papers must be submitted electronically, in PDF format, on-line via the EasyChair system using the following link: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=mmet2018.
• Size of the conference paper should be 4 full A4 pages. Please, do not include page numbers in your manuscript.
• Please use MS Word 2003, LaTeX Windows and LaTeX Unix templates when preparing your manuscript.
• The MMET*2018 will implement a single blind peer review process. All submitted papers will be provided to three independent anonymous reviewers. All accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore Digital Library as well as other Abstracting and Indexing databases (Scopus, Web of Science, etc.). "No-show" papers will not be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
